"Never heard back from anyone"
I reached out to customer service a few times over the week and just got ignored. the whole back-and-forth was unnecessary if no one was going to reply anyway

"Kind of caught me off guard"
I was a little surprised because the staff didn’t seem too sure about some basic things. I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, so it just made the experience feel a bit awkward.

"Not Many Plants to See"
I was expecting a lot more plants, but there were barely any there. It felt kind of empty, which was disappointing. The weird thing I remember most is one little plant sitting by itself near the corner like it had been forgotten. Overall, not really what I was hoping for

"I’ve been to a couple of the..."
I’ve been to a couple of the garden workshops at Natorps now, i’ve enjoyed them every time. They’re the kind of events where you can just show up, learn a few genuinely useful tips, and leave feeling a little more inspired about your yard or garden. The staff has always been super friendly and easy to talk to, and I really appreciate that they don’t make you feel pressured to buy anything while you’re there. It’s just a pleasant, relaxed way to spend part of a Saturday, especially if you like plants or are trying to get better at gardening. I’ll definitely be going back again.

"Easy and on time"
Booking was really straightforward, and they actually showed up when they said they would. I don’t have much patience for chasing people or sitting around waiting, so that was a big plus for me. Overall, it was a smooth experience...

"Felt Rushed Trying to Find Things"
The site looks fine when you first open it, but I felt a bit pressured trying to find what I needed. The menus are crowded, and I kept having to click around just to find basic garden items. It’s not terrible, but the layout could definitely be simpler and less stressful to use.

"Parking was a mess"
I went to natorp and the parking situation was awful. I drove around way longer than I expected, and the accessible spots were not easy to use at all. I know places like to say everything is “convenient” and “customer-friendly,” but that was not my experience. It made the whole visit frustrating, and I probably won’t bother going back.

"checkout took way too long"
the site was fine to look around on, but actually checking out was a pain. pages were loading slowly, and at one point it kicked me back and made me enter my info again. it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but just placing an order felt way more clunky than it needed to. hope they clean it up soon.

"Nice design, with a small hesitation"
The design actually came out really nice, probably better than we pictured. I was a little worried it might not match what we had in mind, and I still caught myself noticing a few tiny things I’d maybe tweak, but overall it turned out good

Some of the plant labels and signs were easy to read, but a few prices were tough to find. It wasn’t a big deal, just a little confusing when I was trying to compare stuff.

"Rewards are decent, but I’m a little confused"
The points are nice and they do help a bit, but I’m not always sure when the rewards are supposed to show up. Sometimes it feels like they take a while, so I end up checking back and wondering if I did something wrong or if it’s just slow.

"Good Work, Just Started a Little Late"
Had natorp come out for an install, and overall I was really happy with how it turned out. The crew seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing, and the finished job looks nice and clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they got started a bit later than expected, so the day ended up feeling longer than I planned. That said, they cleaned everything up afterward and answered my questions without making it awkward. I’d definitely use them again.

"I really wanted to be happy with this…"
I really wanted to be happy with this order, but the plants came in looking kind of stressed out. A couple had yellow leaves, one had broken stems, and the soil was super dry, so right away I felt like they weren’t in great shape. I know plants can have a tough time in shipping, but also they should still look better when you first open the box, I think. I tried taking extra care of them for about a week, and a few perked up a bit, but not all of them did. For what I paid, I guess I just expected them to arrive healthier. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order plants online from here again.

"Really Clean Garden center"
I stopped by Natorp’s last weekend, and the first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. The aisles were easy to get through, and there wasn’t random dirt or trash sitting around everywhere, which I really appreciated.

Even the plant sections looked tidy, and that’s not always how it goes at garden centers. It made it a lot easier to just wander around and actually enjoy looking. overall, it was a Nice visit.

"Delivery Took Too Long"
The website worked fine and ordering was easy, but the delivery took longer than I expected. What annoyed me more was that the package looked like it had been handled carelessly by the time it arrived. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating

"Basic things shouldn’t be this hard to find"
I just wanted to find a few basic items, which you’d think would be straightforward, but apparently not. I ended up wandering around way longer than I should’ve for stuff that really shouldn’t be hidden like a treasure hunt. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

"So many cute seasonal ideas"
I really loved walking through the seasonal displays. They gave me a ton of ideas for my porch, like swapping out planters, adding a wreath, using lanterns, mixing in pumpkins, layering doormats, even little things like ribbons or signs. It was super easy to get inspired because everything was set up in a way that made me think, “Oh, I could actually do that at home.”
